public interface ZooKeeperRunner
extends ImmutableClassesGiraphConfigurable

ZooKeeper wrapper interface. Implementation should provide a way to start, stop and cleanup zookeeper.

start

int start(String zkDir,
          ZookeeperConfig config)
   throws IOException

Starts zookeeper service in specified working directory with specified config file.

Parameters:

zkDir - working directory

config - zookeeper configuration

Returns:

port zookeeper runs on

Throws:

IOException

stop

void stop()

Stops zookeeper.

cleanup

void cleanup()

Does necessary cleanup after zookeeper job is complete.
