Metadata about ownership of a partition.

int getPartitionId()

Get the partition id that maps to the relevant Partition object

Returns:

Partition id

getWorkerInfo

WorkerInfo getWorkerInfo()

Get the worker information that is currently responsible for the partition id.

Returns:

Owning worker information.

setWorkerInfo

void setWorkerInfo(WorkerInfo workerInfo)

Set the current worker info.

Parameters:

workerInfo - Worker info responsible for partition

getPreviousWorkerInfo

WorkerInfo getPreviousWorkerInfo()

Get the worker information that was previously responsible for the partition id.

Returns:

Owning worker information or null if no previous worker info.

setPreviousWorkerInfo

void setPreviousWorkerInfo(WorkerInfo workerInfo)

Set the previous worker info.

Parameters:

workerInfo - Worker info that was previously responsible for the partition.

writeWithWorkerIds

void writeWithWorkerIds(DataOutput output)
                 throws IOException

Write to the output, but don't serialize the whole WorkerInfo, instead use just the task id
