Class to decide whether a GiraphJob should be restarted after failure.

shouldRetry

boolean shouldRetry(org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Job submittedJob,
                    int tryCount)

Check if the job should be retried

Parameters:

submittedJob - Job that ran and failed

tryCount - How many times have we tried to run the job until now

Returns:

True iff job should be retried

shouldRestartCheckpoint

String shouldRestartCheckpoint(org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Job lastAttempt)
                        throws IOException

The job has been checkpointed and halted. Should we now restart it?

Parameters:

lastAttempt - latest failed job

Returns:

JobID of job to be restarted or null if we don't want to restart anything

Throws:

IOException
